If something feels missing — in you, in the relationship, or in intimacy — a somatic coaching session helps you move from “I know what I should do” to “I feel and live differently.” We work with presence, sensation, and real communication, not generic recipes.
What somatic therapy means in coaching
Somatic means “of the body.” Unlike a purely cognitive conversation, somatic therapy (within coaching) integrates breath, sensation, emotion, and sexuality. Lasting change happens when the body learns a new pattern — not only when the mind understands the problem.
Authentic intimacy: what we work on together
Authentic intimacy isn’t performance or a list of techniques. It’s the capacity to be present, to feel, to speak, and to receive — without a mask. In session we explore the patterns that block connection: shame, fear, disconnection, conflict, or “frozen” desire.
Sexual coaching and somatic sexology
Sessions of sexual coaching and somatic sexology support you in understanding your desire, pleasure, and boundaries. We work with real sex education, conscious pelvic awareness, and presence in the body — for women, men, and couples, online or in person in Bucharest.
