General Terms and Conditions for the use of the website www.xsomatic.ro
1. Identification of the trader
The website www.xsomatic.ro (the “Site”) is operated by GREEN BODY SRL, cu sediul social în Str. Oituz, Nr. 43B, Sat Brănești, Comuna Brănești, Jud. Ilfov, 077030, înregistrată la Registrul Comerțului sub nr. J23/2302/2012, CUI 15017086. (hereinafter referred to as “Green Body SRL”, “we” or the “Trader”).

2. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions define the conditions of use of the Site by visitors and customers. By accessing and browsing this website, as well as by placing an order, you accept the terms described below.
3. Products and services
Through the Site, Green Body SRL primarily offers digital products (workbooks, courses, PDF materials) and coaching / counselling services. The description, price and currency (RON) are displayed clearly on each product page before the order is completed.
4. Order and payment
An order is deemed placed after payment confirmation. Card payments on the Site are processed through NETOPIA Payments (NETOPIA FINANCIAL SERVICES S.A.). Card data is not stored by Green Body SRL; it is processed by the payment processor in accordance with applicable security standards.
Displayed prices include VAT, where applicable, and are expressed in Romanian lei (RON), unless otherwise stated.
5. Delivery
Digital products: after payment confirmation, access to the product (download link / digital content) is sent to the e-mail address used for the order, usually immediately or within no more than 24 hours. There is no physical delivery for these products.
Coaching services: after payment confirmation, we contact you to arrange the date and time of the session.
6. Cancellation, withdrawal and returns
Pursuant to Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the consumer has, in principle, a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days for distance contracts.
Digital products
Digital products (workbooks, guides, downloadable courses) are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. In accordance with OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights (Art. 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied electronically when the buyer has given express consent to begin supply and has confirmed that they lose the right of withdrawal. By completing the order and checking the agreement box, you confirm that you agree to these terms. As a result, digital products cannot be returned, and amounts paid are not refunded after download/access.
For coaching services, the right of withdrawal may be affected if performance has begun, with your agreement, before the expiry of the 14-day period.
Cancellation requests / complaints should be sent to office@xsomatic.ro. Refunds, where due, are made using the same means of payment used for the transaction, within the statutory period.
7. Rights in the Site content
Green Body SRL holds the rights in the Site content (texts, images, video materials, workbooks). You are not entitled to redistribute, sell, decompile or publicly share purchased digital products without the written consent of Green Body SRL.
The entire content of the website www.xsomatic.ro is protected by copyright law. Copying, modifying, displaying, distributing, transmitting, publishing, commercialising or creating derivative works without written confirmation from Green Body SRL is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of liability
The content of the Site is informative and educational in nature. Green Body SRL does not guarantee the absence of technical errors or interruptions and is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site. The materials do not constitute medical or legal advice.
9. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and tracking technologies (including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) is described in the Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are activated only on the basis of your consent.
By placing an order you confirm that you have read the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Browsing the Site does not mean automatic acceptance of analytics or marketing cookies.
