The website www.xsomatic.ro (the “Site”) is operated by GREEN BODY SRL, cu sediul social în Str. Oituz, Nr. 43B, Sat Brănești, Comuna Brănești, Jud. Ilfov, 077030, înregistrată la Registrul Comerțului sub nr. J23/2302/2012, CUI 15017086. (hereinafter referred to as “Green Body SRL”, “we” or the “Controller”).
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, how we use them, on what legal basis, how you can manage preferences and how this relates to the Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
A “cookie” is a small text file that a website places on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you access it. Similar technologies include tracking pixels, analytics scripts, local storage (localStorage) and identifiers used by advertising or statistics platforms.
Cookies may be first-party (set by the Site) or third-party (set by providers such as Google, Meta or TikTok). They may be session cookies (deleted when the browser is closed) or persistent cookies (remaining for a defined period).
2. Legal basis and consent
Pursuant to the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Law No. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector:
- Strictly necessary cookies (Site functioning, cart, session, security, storing consent preferences) may be used without consent, on the basis of legitimate interest / technical necessity.
- Analytics cookies and marketing / advertising cookies are used only after you give your consent via the cookie banner (Accept / Refuse) or from the Cookie Preferences section on this page.
You may accept all categories, refuse non-essential categories or customise preferences. Refusal does not affect access to the essential content of the Site. Consent may be withdrawn at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or from Cookie Preferences.
3. Categories of cookies we use
3.1. Strictly necessary
They enable the Site to function: navigation, shopping cart, checkout, authentication, security, storing the cookie choice. They cannot be disabled from the banner, but you can block cookies in your browser settings (with the risk that some functions may no longer work).
3.2. Analytics / statistics (requires consent)
They help us understand how the Site is used (pages visited, traffic sources, events), in order to improve content and experience. For this purpose we may use:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — usage statistics;
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) — loading and managing measurement tags;
- Google Search Console — monitoring presence in search results (mainly aggregated data; it does not place marketing cookies on the visitor’s device).
These tools may process online identifiers, IP addresses (in some configurations anonymised / truncated) and data about interaction with the Site. The provider is Google LLC / affiliated entities; transfers outside the EEA may occur, with appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses), in accordance with Google’s policies.
3.3. Marketing / advertising (requires consent)
Allows campaign measurement, remarketing and personalisation of ads on third-party platforms. We may use:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc.;
- TikTok Pixel — TikTok Technology Limited / affiliated TikTok entities.
Pixels may set cookies and may associate visits to the Site with profiles on the respective platforms, for displaying relevant ads and reporting. Data may be transferred outside the EEA, with appropriate safeguards, in accordance with these providers’ policies.

The list below is indicative and may be updated as we activate or change tools. Concrete identifiers (e.g. GA4 ID, GTM container, Meta / TikTok ID) are configured in the Site theme and will be completed upon activation.

5. Third-party content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Some pages may display content from external providers (e.g. YouTube videos, social feeds). When this content is loaded, providers may set their own cookies, which we do not control. If you do not load / do not interact with that content, these cookies should not be placed for this reason.
6. How to manage cookies

- Use the consent banner or the Cookie Preferences section above to accept, refuse or customise categories.
- You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. General instructions: Your Online Choices.
- For Meta / TikTok ads, you can also adjust privacy settings in the respective accounts.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. After refusal or withdrawal, analytics and marketing scripts will no longer be loaded on your device (within the technical limits of the browser).
